Once you place your Luxe Massager order, it ships out in 1-2 business days!

After your goodies are carefully packed up and ready to go, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking confirmation number. Sometimes emails go to your spam, so make sure to check there as well.

Where do we ship?

Everywhere! We have FREE premium shipping on all orders.

How long does international shipping take?

Usually, countries that are outside the USA take 10-14 business days to arrive. There are specific countries that are faster than others, such as Canada, UK and Australia.

International orders have to go through customs, so please be patient with your order, we promise that your personal neck massager has been sent to you!

What happens if I entered the wrong address?

If you entered the wrong address, please contact support@luxemassager.com as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to change the address for you if your order hasn't already been processed by our warehouse.

In cases when your order is undeliverable or returned to the sender due to insufficient or inaccurate shipping information, we may contact you or your order may be refunded once we are notified that the order has been returned/received. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
